Yes, on a case by case basis. Refunds can be made minus the transaction/processing fees cost of 2%.
Delivery is available across Australia and can take up to 2 weeks, delivery times may be longer due to Australia post issus e.g Covid or logistics issues, these things are out of our control once we send the package. Currently we use stripe (www.stripe.com). No credit card details are ever saved our website.
If you are using chrome you may see a purple ‘Buy Now’ button, this is also ‘Stripe’ at work. This method is a quick way for you to make a purchase if you’ve allowed Chrome to save your credit card details.

We always try and buy new stock to fulfil orders as quick as possible. Back orders can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks.
The custom message poster is currently limited to a drop down selection for the main message and the receiver’s or ‘To’ name. Names must be in English letters. If we identify any inappropriate language, this will not be provided / signed, you will receive an email to change the text.
You cannot specify anything for the delivery, for example; “Do not leave at front door” or “Leave it behind the side entrance”. Our delivery method does not allow for such instructions.
This means that there is no stock left of the particular item, you can still make backorder purchase which means you will just need to wait until stock arrives.
With time, we may update the signed cards you receive as part of the package.
